Since 2004 he has been a member of the German society of photography. Kellner works with a single-lens camera, with small image films.
Sanna Kannisto-fieldwork
Sanna kannisto created a project called fieldwork created in 1997, where she would go to the rainforest for 2/3 months at a time in places such as Costa Rica. She wanted to create something special between art and science. She was first interested with hummingbirds, which challenged the structure/framing and speed of the camera. A lot of her photography was linked to still life and staged photography. The white backgrounds she uses refers to scientific documentations. She had to work along side scientists and she had to interpret their work and learn to handle animals. To make the images she used a field studio box.
